Marvin Müller is visiting us in CFM for the next 6 months!
Marvin is a PhD student at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) in Karlsruhe, Germany, where he works in the group of Prof. Carsten Rockstuhl at the Institute of Theoretical Solid State Physics (TFP) on light-matter interaction. Thanks to the Research Travel Grant of the Karlsruhe House of Young Scientists (KHYS), he will spend the rest of this year here in CFM.
His particular interests are the characterization of optical resonances in truly nano-structured systems. Moreover, he works in graphene plasmonics, which is a promising platform for tuning the nano-structure’s optical properties in time a posteriori to the fabrication process.
