Aljosa Vukovic obtained his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Physics
from the University of Vienna. After his Master’s he had a short
research stay at the University of Oxford (in the Frontiers of Quantum
Physics group). His thesis was written in Vienna in the Quantum
Nanophysics group, titled “Towards coherent-scattering cooling of a
nanomolecular ion in a hybrid electro-optical trap and a microcavity”.
