Summary
Because of their “endless” structure, cyclic polymers exhibit unique properties compared to their linear equivalents. This thesis aims to make progress in the synthesis of pure cyclic chains via the ring closure technique Moreover, the study of dielectric relaxations of ring polymers using broadband dielectric spectroscopy is presented.
These results are expected to help understand dynamic properties of ring polymers.
